Travel has been part of our lives for years. In 2026, we took the next step: building our own family-owned agency. Today, Farr Travel Group Ltd is a direct member of Protected Trust Services (PTS), membership number 6603.
We wanted to bring together the things that matter to us: genuine enthusiasm, thoughtful recommendations and a level of care that never depends on the size of your booking. We love the excitement of planning a trip, and we know how much trust it takes to put those plans in someone else’s hands.
Florida is a particular passion. As a family, we have visited more than 20 times. That first-hand familiarity helps us talk through the choices that make a difference, from the balance of park days and downtime to where you stay and how you get around.
We also have a passion for luxury travel and a keen eye for detail. For us, good service means understanding what matters to you, explaining your choices clearly and taking the practical details seriously.

Confidence starts with knowing who you’re booking with.
We act as a travel agent, arranging services with specialist principal suppliers. We identify the company providing your arrangements and explain the relevant terms and protection before you commit.
Our PTS membership
Farr Travel Group Ltd is a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS). PTS membership number: 6603.
Our PTS membership is held directly by Farr Travel Group Ltd. We explain the supplier, payment arrangements and financial protection for your specific booking before you pay.
The protection for your trip
Protection depends on what you book and the principal supplier involved. ATOL, ABTA-related arrangements or PTS protection may apply where relevant; they do not automatically apply to every individual service.
We explain the position when discussing your enquiry and confirm the applicable protection with your quotation and booking documents before payment. For an ATOL-protected booking, you receive an ATOL Certificate identifying the protected arrangements and the ATOL holder.
Does every booking have ATOL or ABTA protection?
No. The protection depends on the arrangement and supplier. Some individual services, including standalone hotel or vehicle-hire bookings, may not have financial-failure protection. Where an operator’s ABTA membership is relevant, we identify the operator and explain what applies. We do not claim that Farr Travel Group Ltd itself is an ABTA member. We will explain the protection for your specific booking before you commit.
PTS membership number 6603 is held by Farr Travel Group Ltd. Financial protection is separate from travel insurance.
